Since WRAVELO provides digital services, refunds are limited:

1. Advance Payments

   Advance/booking fees are non-refundable once the project begins.

2. Service Cancellation

   If canceled before work starts, a refund (minus admin fees) may be issued.If canceled after partial work, refunds will be calculated based on work completed.

3. Completed Projects

   No refunds will be issued after project delivery.

4. Revisions

   Revisions will be provided as per the agreed contract. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
